1. Acceptance of Runtime Framework Context

By interacting with, accessing, deploying local service instances, or validating credentials on this Classified trading framework (hereafter referred to as the "Service", "Platform", or "Huchi Network"), you explicitly verify your programmatic agreement with these Terms of Service. If you do not accept these legal parameters, you are unauthorized to pass operational inputs or execute queries across our system routing layers.

2. Structural Role & Core Liability Protections

The Platform functions strictly as an architectural multi-tenant communication and rendering matrix. We facilitate self-managed classified listings spanning vehicle markets, physical real estate assets, general electronics, and miscellaneous localized merchandise.

CRUCIAL LEGAL BOUNDARY: The Huchi Network does not own, inspect, guarantee, store, distribute, or validate any items, safety compliance baselines, title registries, or factual metrics displayed by platform accounts. All interactions, transactional payment allocations, agreements, and physical handshakes are solely peer-to-peer relationships executed entirely at your own risk.

3. Data Validation & Offline Cache Execution

The framework leverages modern multi-layered storage engines, utilizing service workers and IndexedDB caches (`app_cache`) to optimize application availability over weak or non-existent network links. While our underlying synchronization modules strive to prevent data drift, you understand and acknowledge that offline data representations may lag behind actual global live database matrices.

The Platform explicitly disclaims liability for any transactional discrepancies, price mismatches, or missing listings that occur due to localized device storage discrepancies, unexpected hardware execution interruptions, or expired state caching layers.

4. Prohibited Content & User-Generated Material

Users retain structural ownership of materials uploaded to the system registry. However, by broadcasting text parameters, images, or pricing nodes through our forms, you grant the Service a non-exclusive, sub-licensable, permanent, global, royalty-free operational license to host, render, parse, index, and compress those assets.

You are strictly barred from deploying listings that feature:

• Counterfeit items, un-registered medical products, or illegal weapons.
• Deceptive information, fraudulent pricing models, or deceptive descriptions.
• Malicious execution software payloads, cross-site script vector components, or text intended to disrupt platform stability.

5. Indemnification & Maximum Liability Limit

To the maximum extent permitted under applicable regional legal statutes, the Service, its parent entities, developers, and distribution contributors shall never be liable for direct, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages. This includes, without limitation, loss of business assets, balance sheets, capital vectors, good-will reputation metrics, or hardware failures stemming from interaction with platform modules.
